RRMEXIM LLP

From Indian Farms to the World’s Markets.

At RRMEXIM LLP, dehydrated onion, ginger and garlic products are further processed at our dedicated process house under controlled conditions to enhance product safety, consistency, and foreign matter control.

The processing flow includes controlled hot drying for moisture stabilization followed by cold air conditioning to normalize product temperature before further handling. Mechanical separation systems are used to remove loose skins and root portions.

The product then passes through an optical color sorting system (Meyer AI Color Sorter – Sharp Ten Chute configuration) to remove visual defects and color variations. This is followed by magnetic separation belt systems and multi-stage metal detection.

Throughout the process, material passes through six heavy-duty magnetic checkpoints designed to capture ferrous contamination. In addition, two high-sensitivity metal detection systems are installed at critical control points. Any detection automatically diverts the affected lot into a rejection channel for inspection and isolation.

Final sizing is achieved through precision multi-cutter systems, enabling customized cuts as per buyer requirements.

This multi-stage control protocol is designed to minimize foreign matter risk and maintain consistent product integrity in line with international market expectations.
